TY Students Visit Alcon Plant

On Friday May 2nd Transition Year students were treated to a full site tour of the Alcon plant on the Model Farm Road.  Alcon is a Swiss-American medical device company specialising in eye care products. The boys were given a full run through the manufacturing and research/development activities conducted in Cork.  A huge thank you to parent Barry Walsh for organising the trip.
