A Promising Future For DCS U14 Hurlers

Last week our U14 hurling team travelled to Páirc Uí Chaoimh to compete in the U14 Cork final. After a brilliant performance in last week’s semi-final against Davis College, Mallow the team earned their place in the final against Gaelcholáiste Charraig Uí Leighin.

The boys had been putting in tremendous effort all season in preparation for this game. Despite their hard work and determination Carrigaline proved too strong on the day and emerged as winners. Our players gave it their all and proudly represented both themselves and the school with distinction. Well done to our U14 hurlers. Next year looks promising!
