A Strong Finish to the Rowing Season 🚣♂️
It has been a busy week for our school rowing team. Last Wednesday marked the end of our training for this school year as we had a mixed relay day with all year groups. Then on Sunday 26th of April some of our senior rowers took to the water representing Douglas Community School for the first time at the Schools Regatta.
All crews raced incredibly well and represented themselves, their coaches and the school with pride and distinction. A big thanks to all the rowing coaches this year who helped support the rowing club; Mr Davis, Ms Griffin, Mr McElligott and Mr O'Sullivan.
