DCS Jazz It Up 🎺 🎶

The DCS Music Club directed by Ms. Clifford and the DCS Choir directed by Ms. Millard were delighted to perform for an appreciative audience at St Columba's, our neighbouring boys' primary school on Tuesday October 21st.

This special performance celebrated jazz in anticipation of the upcoming Cork Jazz Festival taking place this weekend. Our students had been preparing for weeks, and their dedication and enthusiasm truly shone through in every note.

The concert provided a wonderful opportunity for our students to showcase their musical talents to a local feeder primary school — one that many of them once attended. It was a heartwarming event that highlighted the strong sense of community and connection within DCS. Congratulations to everyone involved!

The DCS Student Leadership Team played a key role in making the event run smoothly at St. Columba's. Not only did they assist with logistics, but they also helped create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere by interacting with both staff and students.
