DCS Choir takes Jazz Week by Storm!
The DCS Choir had the pleasure of visiting St Columba’s Boys National School this week for their annual Jazz Week performance!
The choir performed a fantastic set of 10 songs including hits like ‘Golden’ and Frank Sinatra’s ‘My Way.’ The audience also enjoyed a surprise performance from a newly formed rock band made up entirely of DCS students.
A huge thank you to St. Columba’s for welcoming us and giving so many past pupils the opportunity to return to their primary school to showcase how far they have come. It is wonderful to see students grow in confidence, build friendships and share their love of music through choir.
Well done to all our performers, and a special shoutout to the St. Columba’s students for singing along and raising the roof!
The DCS Choir rehearses regularly at lunchtime, and everyone is welcome. A big thank you to Ms. Millard and Ms. Kiely for all their hard work and dedication.
