Uplifting DCS Choir Visit To Maryborough Nursing Home

Our school choir was delighted to be invited to perform for the residents and staff of Maryborough Nursing Home. This intergenerational visit was both enjoyable and heartwarming for everyone involved.

Our soloists, Seán, Ciarán and Miguel, entertained the audience with classic favourites including Let It Be, That’s Amore and My Way. The choir also performed a lively selection of songs such as Viva La Vida, Uptown Girl and Killeagh, along with many more.

The boys also listened attentively as several residents took to the microphone and shared their own beautiful singing making the occasion even more special.

We would like to sincerely thank the staff for their warm welcome and hospitality and for giving us the opportunity to share such a memorable and treasured experience.
