Success For DCS First Year Public Speakers

Before midterm members of our First Year Public Speaking Team competed in the Annual Public Speaking Competition in Ballincollig.

Facing strong competition from schools across Cork and performing in front of an audience of over 100 people, the boys were superb.

After hours of hard work since September and with the guidance of their teachers, Ms. McCarthy Craig, Ms. Doyle, and Mr. Lynch, the team enjoyed great success. Adam placed 4th, while Cormac achieved an impressive 2nd place finish.

A huge thank you also to 5th Year mentor Krish, for his support throughout the competition.
