DCS Footballers Win Lord Mayor’s Cup

Well done to our Senior Gaelic Football Panel who had a fantastic win in the Lord Mayor’s Cup yesterday. The team beat Pres in the first game, drew with Bandon Grammar in the second game and beat Carrigtwohill in the third group stage game. In the final DCS faced Bandon once again and won by single point to be crowned champions.

It was a superb victory for our squad who played brilliantly on the day. The team was captained by Ross O’Herlihy and best on the day was Cormac Sheehan but in truth this was a wonderful effort by the entire panel. Well done lads! Here's hoping for a similar result on Sunday for the Cork Footballers!
