The DCS U15 athletics’ team came first in the Munster Cross Country Championship. The team was led by Ian Tobin, Emmet Bracken and James Kelleher. November Update
Douglas Community School student, Robert Lehane, has been selected for the Irish U15 soccer team. Douglas Community School’s U19 Basketball team defeated Kilkenny by double scores 54:27. Ian Tobin is the new Cork County U15 Cross-Country Champion. Another victory for our U16&1/2 team, who defeated Mount Sion 2-18 – 2-08. [...]
German Debating
Douglas Community School's German debating team won against Boherbui Comprehensive School in the All Ireland German Debate. The team was led by Aiden Murphy, with Ian Falvey, Ayman Hafez and Robert Twomey.
