Congratulations to students of Douglas Community School who won the first round of The Cork Mental Health Public Speaking Competition. The students involved were Andrew O’ Reilly, Kevin Tobin, Aidan Murphy and Ben Coughlan. They put in more than 50 hours preparation for this competition with their teacher Ms. Mackey. Having got over the challenge of Rochestown College and North Monastery, they now go on to the second round of the competition. Congratulations to all involved.
